In the remaining series, Raquel strikes in with Del notwithstanding the reality that newly separated Rodney is drowsing on his sofa; Del places on a cabaret night, and Raquel goes into labour. Roy Slater returns, asking forgiveness, however, Del uncovers the truth: Roy is Raquel’s ex-husband and he wants to blackmail the Trotters. Rodney and Cassie reunite, but their rekindled love is interrupted when Raquel goes into labor.
