A 1999 Officer Dave Brown a veteran of the LA Police department has his own way of providing justice. One of the subjects of his cruel way of giving justice was a serial rapist who was found dead when Dave entered into the investigation of the case. One of his videos beating a suspect goes viral on all TV sets and he is now under pressure to retire.
