The American biographical crime drama film is directed by Michael Mann and is based on Bryan Burrough’s non-fiction book ‘Public Enemies: America’s Greatest Crime Wave and the Birth of the FBI, 1933-34’. The movie features Johnny Depp, Christian Bale, Marion Cotillard, Billy Crudup, Stephen Dorff, and Stephen Lang.
John Dillinger is America’s most wanted robber. He robbed America’s biggest banks that too in the time when the world is going through depression. FBI agent J. Edgar Hoover is desperate to catch him and recruits his top agent Melvin Purvis to catch him dead or alive.
