The Japanese animated action film is written and directed by Yoshiaki Kawajiri. The movie features the voices of Koichi Yamadera, Emi Shinohara, Takeshi Aono, Daisuke Gori, Toshihiko Seki, and Shuichitro Moriyama.
Jubei a highly skilled ninja kills his own fellow ninja and becomes an assigned ninja. His fight now going to be with demonic ninjas who are known as the Devils of Kimon. These devils are plotting to overthrow the government and take over Japan.
