The American comedy drama film is co-written and directed by Jason Reitman and is based on Chad Kultgen’s book by the same name.
The movie shows a contrast between the people living in the age of the internet. The relationship of parent and child in maintaining only presence and protecting them from exploitation. Don Truby and his fifteen years old son use the internet to get information, communication and viewing adult films. Hannah on the other hand is an aspiring actress and her mother uploads her pictures on the website for her daughter on a modeling site. In sharp contrast, Patricia is a mother who is over protective of her daughter in the digital world.
