The Japanese animated film is co-written and directed by Gisaburoi Sugil. The movie is based on Capcom’s game by the same name. The movie features the voices of Kojiro Shimizu, Kenji Haga, Miki Fujitani, Masane Tsukayama, Takeshi Kusaka.
To defeat Ryo, M.Bison the leader of the crime syndicate Sahdowlaw recruits Ken Masters. Ken is an ex-classmate of Ryo who shares the same fighting technique as Ryo. On the other hand, a team of Interpol under Chun-Li along with American soldiers are on a mission to crush Sahdowlaw.
