Detroit has drowned in civil unrest and rioting in the summer of 1967. The news of gunshots reaches the local police department and to find the culprits, Detroit Police Department, the Michigan State Police, and the Michigan Army National Guard start the search. By the end of the investigation, there are three unarmed men shot down and several others brutally beaten.
