The Japanese animated film is directed by Ayumu Watanabe and is based on Daisuke Igarashi’s manga series by the same name. The eve features the voices of Mana Ashida, Hiiro Ishibashi, Seishū Uragami, Win Morisaki, Goro Inagaki, Yu Aoi, and Tohru Watanabe.
Ruka befriends Umi and Sora who were raised by dugongs. Being friends with them she learns about the secrets of the sky, universe, and connections with the sea.
