Neighborhood Watch directed by Duncan Skiles centers on a mentally ill young man who becomes convinced that he has witnessed an abduction in his quiet neighborhood. When the police dismiss his account as unreliable his growing fear and frustration leave him with nowhere to turn. Desperate for help he reluctantly teams up with his next door neighbor a bitter retired security guard burdened by his own past failures. As the unlikely pair begin to investigate, mistrust and personal baggage threaten to derail their efforts. What unfolds is a tense and uneasy allianc where both men must confront their inner demons while racing to uncover the truth before it is too late blurring the line between paranoia instinct, and justice.
