Season eight marks the post-Michael Scott period. Andy Bernard has assumed the character of an indigenous administrator after Deangelo Vicker’s fast down at the check of the seventh season. James Spader compares with the recently appointed CEO of Dunder Mifflin’s guardian company, Sabre. Critical of the early season occurrences concentrate on Andy’s passes to inspire and encourage his new reports. Latterly in the season, Pam prepares to go on motherly leave when she’s gaping for her 2nd child.
