The Japanese action political thriller anime film is directed by Hiroyuki Okiura. The movie is based on Mamoru Oshii’s manga Kerberos Panzer Cop. The movie features the voices of Yoshikatsu Fujiki, Sumi Mutoh, Hiroyuki Kinoshita, Eri Sendai, Kenji Nakagawa, Kousei Hirota, Ryuichi Horibe, Yukihiro Yoshida, and Tamio Oki.
The movie revolves around those people in society who are predators among prey. They sport in human clothes and can be distinguished by their eyes, teeth, and claws. The Jin-Roh the police who are meant to protect people themselves become the prey to these beasts.
