The Japanese animated musical fantasy film is directed by Masami Hata and William Hurtz and is based on Winsor McCay’s fictional character Little Nemo. The movie features the voices of Mickey Rooney, Gabriel, Rene Auberjonois, Laura Mooney, Danny Mann, Bernard Erhard, William E. Martin, and Nancy Cartwright.
Nemo goes to Slumberland every night and befriends the king of Slumberland Morpheus. But one night she accidentally reaches Nightmare land and meets the Nightmare King throwing himself in danger.
