The Japanese animated fantasy action-adventure film is directed by Munehisa Sakai and is based on Eiicvhito Oda’s manga series by the same name. The movie features the voices of Mayumi Tanaka, Kazuya Nakai, Akemi Okamura, Kappei Yamaguchi, Hiroaki Hirata, Ikue Ohtani, Yuriko Yamaguchi, Kazuki Yao, and Cho.
Shinki, an infamous pirate kidnaps the straw hat pirate crew, as he aspires to fight the world government and coerces one of the pirates to act as his navigator. The rest of the straw hat pirate must now make a plan to rescue his friend from the clothes of Shinki.
