The Japanese animated film is directed by Isao Takahata. The movie features the voices of Kazuo Kumakura, Kazuko Sugiyama, Melissa Fahn, Steve Kramer, Yasuo Yamada, Julie Maddalena, Dougary Grant, Melanie MacQueen, Kirk Thornton and Simon Prescott.
Papa and son Panda escape from a zoo to find a new place to live in, away from the shackles of the zoo. They find an orphan girl and decide to stay with her and soon they become a family. Later, they find a lost tiger who ran away from a circus. They help him reach its home.
