The Japanese animated film is directed by Kazuo Tomizawa and Yasunori Ide and is based on Kia Asamiya’s 1989- 1999 manga series by the same name. After the death of her mother, Katsumi leaves Tokyo and returns to AMP HQ. Reaching the place she is approached by Rally Cheyenne pleads with her to join the team of Attacked Mystification Police (AMP).
