The Japanese animated steampunk action film is co-written and directed by Katsuhiro Otomo. The movie features the voices of Anne Suzuki, Manami Konishi, Katsuo, Nakamura, and Masane Tsukayama.
Ray is a young inventor following the path of his father Eddie and grandfather Lloyd Steam. He receives a mysterious mechanical ball from his grandfather that contains revolutionary power. With the power in his hand, he realizes that there are many who wants the power but not all have good intentions.
