The Japanese anime movie is directed by Michael Arias. The movie features the voices of Min Tanaka, Rokuro, Yu Aoi, Kazunari Ninomiya, Yusuke Iseya, Mugihito, Kankuro Kudo, Tomomichi Nishimura, Tom Kenny, John DiMaggio, Scott Menville, Dwight Schultz, and Neo Omori.
The movie revolves around two orphans Black and White. Black is a violent and street-smart person and considers Takatmachi to be his town. White on the other hand is the younger one is mentally impaired and doesn’t understand the world around him. They both together attempt to prevent Yakuza and his violent and corrupt allies from taking over the city.
