The Japanese animated film is based on Yoshikazu Yasuhiko. The movie features the voices of Katsuhida Uekusa, Eriko Hara, Goro Naya, Hiroshi Kawaguchi, Houchu Ohtsuka, Kaneto Shiozawa, Konami Yoshida, Kouichi Yamadera, Kyosuke Yanada, Masami Kikuchi, Mitsuaki Hoshino, Naoki Mkaishima, and Shuichi Ikeda.
The year is 2089, and two colonies have established their control in Venus namely Ishtar and Aphrodia. When a war of supremacy begins on the land of Venus Ishtar sweeps away Aphrodia. They get control over all of the planet including a motorcycle team that they want to use in their military.
