The Japanese horror-action dark fantasy film is directed by Yoshiaki Kawajiri. The movie is based on Hideyuki Kikuchi’s series of six novels ‘Wicked City: Black Guard’. The movie features the voices of Yusaku Yara, Toshiko Fujita, Ichiro Nagai, Takeshi Aono, Mari Yokko, Yasuo Muramatsu, Tamio Oki, Koji Totani, Arisa Andou, and Kazuhiko Kishino.
A treaty was signed between Earth and the Black World to prevent the war from happening between the two worlds. The treaty is to be renewed but the evil forces in the don’t want that to happen. To ensure the treaty is signed and the two worlds are saved from the wars., Take Renzaburo and Makie are sent to protect the diplomat Mayart who holds the key to peace.
