1 Mile to You finds starry-eyed teens Kevin Schuler (Graham Rogers) and Ellie so-help-me Butterbit (Stefanie Scott) parting after an away song meet. She’s going home on the college bus (driven by means of music educate Tim Roth, with no explanation for the British accent or for why you would rent a Tim Roth for only 5 minutes onscreen) and Kevin is returning in his parents’ car. Even if you did not understand what the movie used to be about, you would recognize she wasn’t long for this world. One tragic accident later, 12 teens are lifeless and Kevin’s heart cannot go on. After a teenager’s pals die in an accident, he finds going for walks allows him to be mindful of them perfectly. Running, however, additionally brings him notoriety. He is caught between retaining the past alive and making new memories in the present.
