Artemis Fowl is a science fantasy adventure film set in 2020, based on Irish author Eoin Colfer’s 2001 novel of the same name. Kenneth Branagh directs it, with Conor McPherson and Hamish McColl co-writing the screenplay. Artemis Fowl, a 12-year-old genius and descendant of a long line of criminal masterminds, is a descendant of a long line of criminal masterminds. He soon finds himself in the midst of a titanic struggle with a group of underground fairies who may be responsible for his father’s disappearance.
