Tashi, a former tennis player turned coach, has successfully transformed her husband, Art, from a mediocre player into a world-renowned grand slam champion. However, as Art struggles with a recent losing streak, Tashi devises a bold plan to rekindle his competitive spirit by entering him into a low-tier challenger event, a tournament far below his usual level. The stakes intensify when Art discovers his opponent is Patrick, his former best friend and Tashi’s ex-boyfriend, a once-promising player whose career has since crumbled. As old rivalries and unresolved emotions resurface, the match becomes a high-stakes battle both on and off the court, forcing each of them to confront their pasts and the choices that have led them to this pivotal moment.
