The fantasy drama film is directed by Ander Walter and is based on Joe Kelly Ken Niimura’s novel by the same name. The movie features Madison Wolfe, Imogen Poots, Sydney Wade, Rory Jackosn, and Zoe Saldana.
Barbara Thorson is a young eccentric teenage girl who lives with her brother and an older sister Karen. Barabara has many problems in her real life and the only escape is Dungeons & Dragons. Inspired by it she creates a fantasy world for herself and faces problems and solves them in her fantasy world. Soon she realizes that she has to face her real-life problems as there is no escape from them.
