Summary:
Life for Real (2023) follows Tridan Lagache, a man who has spent his entire life at Club Med, forming new friendships every eight days. Now, at 50, he makes the bold decision to leave the only world he’s ever known in search of his childhood love, Violette. Arriving in Paris, Tridan is wide-eyed, naïve, and entirely unprepared for city life. Fortunately, he finds temporary refuge with Louis, a half-brother he never knew existed. But Louis, eager to rid himself of his unexpected guest, devises a scheme—he convinces one of his casual flings to pose as Violette.
