Lilim follows Issa and her brother Tomas, who flee into the wilderness while evading the police desperate for a hiding place that might give them even a moment’s safety. They stumble upon a secluded orphanage deep in the forest, a place that at first feels strangely quiet but harmless enough to offer shelter. Yet as the days pass the cracks begin to show children whispering in fear rituals carried out in shadows, and an oppressive atmosphere that seems to thicken with every nightfall. The siblings slowly discover that the orphanage is ruled by a fanatical cult devoted to a terrifying nocturnal deity, one that demands sacrifices to keep its power alive. What began as a refuge twists into a waking nightmare forcing Issa and Tomas to decide whether escape is even possible once the darkness has already marked them.
