London Calling follows a down on his luck hitman who bolts from the UK after a job spirals out of control, only to land himself in an even stranger predicament under a new crime boss. Instead of another assignment he’s handed responsibility for babysitting the boss’s son, a young man who has plenty of attitude but little idea what it actually means to grow up. Forced into the unlikely role of mentor the hitman finds himself juggling crime world expectations with awkward life lessons all while trying to stay alive and keep the kid out of trouble he isn’t remotely prepared for. Their uneasy partnership slowly shifts into something unexpectedly human revealing cracks in the hardened exterior of a man who never planned on guiding anyone but now might be the only one who can.
