Synopsis:
In a distant future, a disposable worker named Mickey 17 is part of a human expedition tasked with colonizing the frozen world of Niflheim. Whenever he dies, a new clone is regenerated with most of his memories intact, making him an expendable yet essential part of the mission. As Mickey begins to question his purpose and the ethics of his endless cycle of death and rebirth, he uncovers dark secrets about the mission, his existence, and what it truly means to be human.
