W. Eugene Smith is a photojournalist who travels to a coastal city of Japan destroyed by mercury poisoning in 1971. He meets a local translator who explains to him the desisted state of the people. With the help of the translator, he goes to the ravaged cities and clicks powerful images that expose the decades of ignorance of the people of the world.
