Released in 2013 the movie is based on William Shakespeare’s most famous romantic tragedy by the same name. The movie is directed by Julian Fellowes and features Douglas Booth and Hailee Steinfeld.
In the town of Verona, the two wealthy families The Montagues and Capulets have been enemies for centuries. One day Romeo of the Montagues family enters a party at the Capulets and sees Juliet and falls in love with her. The couple exchange song poems at the party and swear their love for each other. They were well aware of the tensions between the two families but still manages to meet each other. In spite of all the efforts and commitments their destiny takes a huge turn and awaits their reunion afterlife.
