A successful lawyer from Texas, also known by the name of ‘Counselor’ has everything figured out in life and is now about to get married to his girlfriend Laura. His financial needs and the want for more money force him into the illegal business of drug-dealing. In the business, he meets Westray who is a middleman, a nightclub owner Reiner and Malkina was is madly in love with Reiner. In one of his drug dealings, the Counselor loses control of the events putting both himself and his fiancee Laura in grave danger.
