The British biographical drama film is directed by Ralph Fiennes and is based on Claire Tomalin’s book by the same name. The movie features Ralph Fiennes, Felicity Jones, Kristin Scott Thomas, Tom Hollander, Joanna Scanlan, and John Kavanagh.
The movie revolves around Nelly Wharton Robinson, who recalls the time when she was a young actress. In those days she came in contact with Charles Dickens and they become very close because of her interest in books and literature. Later she becomes his mistress and they both keep their relationship a secret.
