In the back seat of a car with a handwritten note attached, a woman decides to abandon her baby, begging the finder to care for and love the boy. If the car is robbed by robbers who find the baby in the backseat, they leave him in the street afterwards. The boy is found by the Tramp, who is initially hesitant and gradually softens and embraces him as his own.Both he and The Tramp have to learn to maneuver through a life that spawns one adventure after another as the kid grows up.
