“Moon Child” is a 2003 Japanese science fiction action film Directed by Takahisa Zeze. The movie is set in a dystopian future and blends elements of science fiction, action, and drama.
The film follows the lives of two childhood friends, Sho (played by Gackt) and Kei (played by Hyde), who are both orphans living in the streets of a crime-ridden city. They are part of a group of street children who form a family-like bond and survive through various criminal activities.
