Word is beginning to spread on the streets of New Orleans about a mysterious new pill that unlocks superpowers exclusive to each individual. The catch: Once you take it, you don’t know what will happen. While some develop bulletproof skin, invisibility, and super strength, others display a deadlier response.
But when the pill escalates to dangerous levels of violence within the community, a local cop teams with a teenage dealer and a former soldier motivated by a hidden vendetta to battle power with power and risk-taking the pill to track down and stop the group responsible for making it.
