The movie starts with the murder of a girl in a live-in relationship. Very naturally, the investigation starts with her husband and another guy who was after her, led by Ram Arun Castro and Vishnu Priya. Agni is a nyctophobiac, and during the investigation, this poses a danger to him. There are some realistic scenes, such as one in which Agni asks his forensic team to come up with a crime scene report. The tale manages to involve us in the first half, with some decently written scenes and performances by the leader.
