At the end of Season 3, Meg escapes to Florida, moving across the country and changing her name, while Kevin is on his way to jail. Meanwhile, John may eventually come clean about Danny’s death, but after all, that has happened, people really think he’s crazy and doesn’t believe him, or they don’t care.
