After defeating his most formidable foe to date and riding off into the sundown with longtime flame Felicity Smoak, Oliver Queen (a.k.a. The Arrow) left Starling City with the hopes of establishing a new life. But will Oliver ever sincerely be in a position to leave in the back of his past as the Arrow. With Team Arrow having dispersed following the events of season four, Oliver and Felicity are at loggerheads over whether or not or not they welcome in new recruits. With Curtis already helping on the tech side, Felicity has been busy identifying conceivable candidates – chief amongst them Rene Ramirez aka Wild Dog. Oliver in the end agrees, and Curtis moreover requests to be trained.
