Season two takes region 5 years after the events that commenced the series. At this factor, our beloved band of Scouts in Squad 104 has been in the ranks for three years. The season choices up with titans being noticed interior the 2nd wall, Wall Rose, and the Scouts must scramble to find out the place these titans are really coming from. The 2d season begins with the Female Titan captured and the shit hitting the fan instead shortly after that. We had no needless recaps (they waste precious screening time). Everything contributed to the proper plot, both flashbacks and occasions have been used to provide an explanation for what is happening.
