Bojack life is a riddle he desperately desires to break, and Season four reframes the conditioning of once seasons as honest but failed sweats to crack the case. In Season 1, he appears for love in all the incorrect places. Season 2 finds him trying to pass his problems underneath a false robe of positivity, while the remaining season sees him find out the shallow prices of unearned recognition. He’s tried to fill the hole in his soul with work, lanes, and different people, but Season 4 sees him taking the time to observe simply that time, and its ravaging consequences on the mind.
