Series three sees the Trotter’s portray and decorating phase of their commercial enterprise take off after a hiccup with some mis-sold paint; the Trotter’s take a trip to Cornwall, and Del turns his hand to the posh world of art dealing. Del tries to get the Trotters moved into better housing after Rodney (Nicholas Lyndhurst) is elected chairman of the Dockside Estates Tenants’ Association. Rodney (Nicholas Lyndhurst) decides to department out and set up a new business with a buddy. The two experience some success—until one of their schemes puts them in opposition with Del (David Jason).
