Season 5 is set thousands and thousands of country miles from Earth, the region Dominique Tipper’s Naomi Nagata tries to protect her son, Filip (Jasai Chase Owens), from his maniacal father, Marco Inaros (Keon Alexander). While I ignored seeing Naomi and Holden’s (Steven Strait) dynamic chemistry, as with Amos, Naomi’s unique plot provides us a new perspective as she tries to reconnect with her former Belter abettors. As usual, Tipper is splendid in her depiction of Naomi, and she indeed alters her character’s meter to a heavier Serenader accentuation whenever she’s conversing with Inaros and his cronies. When Naomi and Filip in the end match, Tipper and Owens partake some awful on-screen moments together, as mama and son conflict to find out well- known bottom after so numerous times piecemeal.
