The seventh and remaining season of this crime drama finds Patrick Jane (Simon Baker) continuing his work with the FBI as rookie agent Michelle Vega (Josie Loren) joins his team. Noteworthy cases include the homicide of an FBI agent; an undercover venture in a prison; and a day trip to Beirut to stumble on the former lover of a historical nemesis of Jane’s. Nevertheless, this season eventually centers on Jane’s non-public life, as he and Teresa Lisbon (Robin Tunney) discover their newly fashioned secret romance, which is examined by means of their working relationship.
