When Caputo refused to shoot Bailey, the prisoners decided to riot; Season five began with the shooting of CO Humphrey at Daya’s Legs. In the first episode, the inmates gain a great deal of control over the prison, and Tasty eventually gets Caputo to read a statement about Posey’s death, which was then posted to Twitter.
