The American satirical comedy film is co-written and directed by Adam McKay. The movie features Will Ferrell, Paul Rudd, Christina Applegate, David Koechner, Adam McKay, Fred Willard, Judd Apatow, Chris Parnell, Fred Armisen and Kathryn Hahn.
Ron Burgundy is a Hotshot television host who is a well known household name. A junior reporter Veronica who worked under him soon outshines him and becomes more popular. Ron gets jealous of her and makes a sexist comment on air. This single comment distressed his career, but later on a story published in the newspaper started his career again.
