The movie is directed by Hayao Miyazaki and is sequel to 1988 My Neighbour Totoro. The movie features the voices of Chika Sakamoto, Hiroshi Otaki, and Hayao Miyazaki.
Mei enjoys her Japanese caramel cube sitting on a little stone and watching the skies. While she sits there, a mini whirlwind comes, spinning her dress. She tries to run away from it and goes inside a house. There she traps the whirlwind and turns out to be Kittenbus.
