The Japanese animated science fiction psychological drama film is written and co-directed by Hideaki Anno. The movie features the voices of Megumi Ogata, Megumi Hayashibara, Yuko Miyamura, Kotono Mitsuishi, Fumihiko Tachiki, Yuriko Yamaguchi, Motomu Kiyokawa, and Akira Ishida.
After the catastrophic devastation, the NERV continues to fight the eighteen angels to save humanity. But the fate of the battle between the two is based on the choices of the fifteen-year-old Shinji.
