The Japanese animated adventure film is directed by Masahiro Ando. The movie features the voices of Tomoya Nagase, Mamoru Miyano, Kochi Yamadera, Akio Otsuka, Yuri Chinen, Unsho Ishizuka, Maaya Sakamoto, and Naoto Takenaka.
Ming swordsmen reluctantly take away a Kotaro a young orphan boy and his dog Tobimaru. The swordsmen take the boy and the dog to a Buddhist temple. During the journey, he faces many challenges and some of them come in conflict with his morality.
