Arlo the Alligator Boy is a film geared directly at children, who will love both its sweetness and goofiness — although there are a few disturbing parts to be cautious of. The majority of the time, they involve a scary “beast” which, despite its massive size, terrible snarl, and glowing eyes, threatens others throughout the film. In one scene, the beast drags a guy away, while in another, it appears to be about to attack. A young humanoid crocodile travels to the vast city in an attempt to reunite with his enraged father, encountering a colorful cast of characters along the way.
