The American romantic war drama is directed by Lase Hallstrom and is based on Nicholas Sparks book by the same name. The movie features Channing Tatum, Amanda Seyfried, Henry Thomas, Scott Porter, and Richard Jenkins.
John Tyree meets a young college student Savannah Curtis and they both fall in love. In the course of seven year the couple remain in contact with each other through letters but rarely meet each other. But just like another love story theirs too is not a smooth one.
