The Australian biographical survival drama is based on the true story of an Israeli adventurer Yossi Ghinsberg’s journey into the Amazon forest. The movie is inspired by Yossi Ghinsberg’s book by the same name. The movie is directed by Greg McLean and features Daniel Radcliffe, Alex Russell, Thomas Kretschmann, Yasim Kassim, Joel Jackson, and Jacek Koman.
In 1980, an Israeli adventurer travels to Bolivia and plans to go to the core of the Amazon Rainforest. There he meets a Swiss school teacher, and his friend, and an American hiker and photographer. There starts a terrifying journey of survival and returning to the homeland.
